We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee human resource operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support business growth and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, performance, and productivity.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
Monitor employee retention, engagement, and workplace satisfaction.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support payroll coordination and salary-related administration.
Develop strategies to improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.
