We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.
Required Skills
2–4 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Solid proficiency in JavaScript / ES6+.
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Good knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Next.js.
Experience with Redux or other state-management libraries.
Exposure to AWS/cloud platforms.
