Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, product guides, and knowledge base articles.
Write blogs, website content and technical articles.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to gather technical information.
Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency across all documentation.
Ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and follows company style guidelines.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content.
Optimize content for SEO where applicable.
Update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements and current features.
Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
Ability to understand software development concepts and technical terminology.
Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
Solid research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
