D.S. Research Centre is looking for a Customer Care Executive to support front-desk operations, patient communication, appointment coordination and day-to-day administrative activities at our Kolkata centre.

Salary: ₹13,000–₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Handle telephone calls and patient enquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Manage patient registration and basic intake.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
Handle emails, data entry, filing and routine documentation.
Assist with patient follow-ups and communication.
Maintain daily front-office records.
Support smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in customer care, reception, front office,



patient coordination or a similar role.
Bengali – Speak, Read and Write (Required).
Good English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
Positive telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and computer applications.
Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Skilled, courteous and patient-focused approach.
Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
