Position: Operation In-Charge

Industry: Thermal / Biomass Power Plant

Location: Nano Green

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Experience

Up to 15 years of relevant experience in Thermal / Biomass Power Plants.

Hands-on experience in Power Plant Operations.

Candidates with AFBC Boiler experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day-to-day power plant operations.

Ensure safe, smooth, and productive operation of boilers, turbines, and auxiliary equipment.

Supervise shift operations and operational manpower.

Monitor plant performance, generation, and key operational parameters.





Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Maintain daily operational reports and records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of AFBC Boiler Operations.

Good understanding of Thermal/Biomass Power Plant operations.

Robust team-handling and shift-management skills.

Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standar
