Telecalling Executive – Study Abroad

Zeke International Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Study Abroad team.

Key Responsibilities
Call students and parents from generated leads.
Explain study-abroad opportunities, courses, countries, and our services.
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into counselling appointments.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with counsellors and update lead status in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
candidates with positive communication skills.
Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage.
Confident and friendly personality.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Previous telecalling, sales, or study-abroad experience is preferred.
