About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with specialized expertise in managing modular furniture, luxury joinery, and custom carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site execution, manage site workers and carpenters, enforce quality control, and ensure flawless installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke furniture systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Management & On-Site Execution
Direct and supervise all daily in office activities for modular kitchen, wardrobe, and custom furniture installations.
Oversee site carpenters, fitters, and sub-contractors to ensure work adheres to technical drawings, design specs, and quality standards.
Coordinate material movement, delivery schedules, and tool availability to maintain uninterrupted site progress.
Quality Control & Technical Precision
Conduct rigorous pre-installation site readiness checks (plumb levels, wall alignments, electrical/plumbing cutouts, and civil tolerances).
Verify hardware, panel fittings, edge banding, alignment, and finishing quality for all modular and loose furniture units.
Resolve technical site challenges,



structural misalignments, or drawing discrepancies promptly in coordination with the design team.
Client & Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with client representatives, interior designers, and project managers to provide regular progress updates.
Conduct joint site inspections, compile snag lists, and ensure swift resolution of minor defects prior to final handover.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, workplace cleanliness, and material damage prevention on-site.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on site supervision experience specializing in modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and interior carpentry.
Technical Knowledge: Deep practical understanding of interior materials (plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates), hardware fittings (Hettich, Blum, Hafele), and joinery techniques.
Drawing Literacy: Ability to read and interpret detailed 2D production drawings, CAD layouts, and assembly diagrams.
Soft Skills: Strong site leadership, worker management, problem-solving ability, and transparent communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
