Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities :
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Explain products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet customer service standards and assigned performance targets.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
