We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Professional with 2+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Generate leads and support the sales team in customer acquisition.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for marketing activities.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing,



branding, or business promotion.

Strong knowledge of marketing, social media, and lead generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking with solid analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

Solid presentation and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
