PRE-PRIMARY TEACHER – VACANCY

Be Max Kids & Public School is looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle pre-primary students and create a secure, joyful and engaging learning setting.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, rhymes, stories, games and creative learning sessions.
Follow Montessori-based teaching methods and activities to support children’s overall development.
Observe and monitor students’ academic, social, emotional and behavioural development.
Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness and hygiene.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Prepare and maintain classroom activities and basic student records.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and the school management.

Eligibility:




Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori Diploma is mandatory or highly preferred.
NTT / ECCE / Early Childhood Education qualification will be an added advantage.
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in a pre-primary/montessori school will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be patient, caring, creative and enthusiastic while working with young children.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers with relevant Montessori qualification may also apply.

Location: Be Max Kids & Public School, Mevaram ,Kollam

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
