Manage daily operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate cooks and housekeeping services.
Oversee maintenance and equipment requirements.
Manage the overall facility/package and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Coordinate with local employees/staff.
Supervise caregivers, security personnel, and drivers.
Handle all activities related to the children’s requirements and welfare.




Ensure that all team members/staff report to and coordinate with the Team Lead.
Coordinate and manage assigned projects and operational activities.
