Make outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients.
Contact businesses regarding their requirements for registrations, licences, certifications, compliance, and related services.
Understand the client's business and identify the services they may require.
Explain GlobusCertify's services clearly and professionally over the phone.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp/email where required.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and convert enquiries into clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
Meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
