Job Summary:
Nirmal Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care, monitor admitted patients, coordinate with consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage admitted patients on a regular basis.
Conduct patient rounds and assess changes in clinical condition.
Take complete patient history and perform physical examinations.
Initiate appropriate treatment as per hospital protocols and consultant advice.
Coordinate with consultants and specialist doctors regarding patient care.
Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate management.
Monitor vital signs, investigations, medications, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
Prepare admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and referral notes.
Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and clinical updates.
Ensure proper implementation of hospital infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.
Escalate critical cases and abnormal findings to the concerned consultant promptly.
Eligibility:
MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Positive clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
