Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and repair/maintenance jobs.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Diagnose and assist technicians in resolving technical and mechanical issues.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of workshop tools and equipment.
Monitor spare parts, consumables, and material requirements and coordinate with stores/procurement.
Maintain workshop records, job cards, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Monitor technician productivity and provide guidance, training, and technical support.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the workshop.
Identify recurring technical problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimum equipment downtime.
Track pending jobs and provide regular status updates to management.
Ensure workshop equipment and machinery are operated safely and efficiently.
Support cost control by minimizing unnecessary material usage, rework, and downtime.
Experience: 3–7 years
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or relevant field
Salary: As per experience and company standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
