Key Responsibilities
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Valuable sourcing and screening skills.
Solid communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes.
Ability to manage multiple requirements effectively.
