Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding clients’ property requirements, presenting suitable projects, conducting property/site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital leads, and other channels.
Understand customers’ budgets, preferences, and property requirements.
Present and explain available residential/commercial properties and investment opportunities.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.




Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and documentation/finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Previous experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
