What We’re Looking For
8–10+ years of experience in overseas recruitment, international placements or manpower recruitment.
Proven experience in building and scaling international recruitment/placement business.
Strong existing network of international employers, recruitment agencies and placement partners.
Proven ability to identify new countries, sectors and overseas job opportunities.
Solid experience in employer acquisition, business development and partnership building.
Hands-on understanding of end-to-end recruitment, visa and deployment processes.
Strong commercial mindset, with experience handling revenue, targets and profitability.
Calicut-based or willing to relocate to Calicut; full time on-site role.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
