Job Description:
Generate and follow up on leads for residential real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and provide project presentations to clients.
Build solid relationships with customers and property developers.
Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team and developer representatives for smooth transactions.
Key Skills: Communication, Sales, Negotiation, Customer Handling, Lead Management & Target Orientation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
