Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer L1 to provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, operating system, and basic network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, ticket management, system setup, and providing both remote and onsite support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and configuration issues.
Provide Active Directory support such as user account and access-related activities.
Handle and update IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Assist with recent system setup, software installation, configuration,



and user onboarding.
Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
Ensure a professional and customer-focused support experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
