Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer relationships and customer databases.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare and maintain CRM reports, customer records, enquiry status, and follow-up reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and orders in CRM/ERP systems.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
