ob Description – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Department: Production / Planning
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production or related field
Industry: Manufacturing / Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
Check material availability as per BOQ and production requirements.
Track pending jobs, production progress and delivery schedules.
Plan manpower, machines and production capacity.
Maintain production reports, job trackers and MIS.
Identify delays,



bottlenecks and material shortages and take corrective action.
Ensure production follows approved drawings, BOQ and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of Production Planning & Control.
Manufacturing/Fabrication process knowledge.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
Solid coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.
ERP/MRP knowledge will be an advantage.
