We are looking for a Logistics Executive with 3–4 years of experience in logistics/shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Invoices, Packing Lists & Proforma Invoices
Coordinating with freight forwarders for checklists, transport arrangements, vehicle loading & unloading
Following up with freight forwarders to obtain Bill of Lading (BL), shipment schedules, and maintaining proper records
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for export/import shipments
Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth logistics operations
Maintaining systematic filing of shipping and customs documents
To send out all the shipping documents to customers
