Narayana School, Electronic City , is looking for a confident and well-spoken Public Relations Officer (PRO) to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with parents and prospective parents and provide information about the school, academics, facilities, and admission process.
Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and direct interactions.
Follow up with prospective parents and support the admissions team in converting enquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and visitors.
Address parent queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments when required.
Support the branch in admission-related activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, visits, and admission status.




Represent the school professionally while interacting with parents and the public.
Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective parents.

Candidate Profile
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in public relations, admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service, sales, or education-related roles will have an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with confidence in handling parents and visitors.
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Positive convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented, proactive, and qualified in approach.
Candidates located in Electronic City only are preferred.

Salary

₹20,000+ per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
