About Role:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized Sales Coordinator to handle inside sales coordination for our Lifts & Parking Systems division.

Qualification: Graduate - B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Attend client calls, note enquiries and enter in CRM
Coordinate with Design/Estimation team for quotation
Prepare and send skilled quotations, proposals, company profile to clients
Daily follow-up with clients via call/email/WhatsApp
Maintain positive client relationship and share updates
Schedule meetings and site visits for Sales Engineers & Management
Collect PO, advance, GST, drawings from client
Create Sales Order in Tally/ERP and handover to Projects team
Coordinate with Design team for drawing approvals, with Factory for delivery status




Coordinate with Accounts for Proforma Invoice and payments
Maintain Enquiry Tracker, Quotation Log, Order File in Excel
Update CRM daily - 100% data entry
Prepare Daily/Weekly Sales Reports for Management
Support in marketing activities, exhibitions, presentations
Good communication in Hindi & English is MUST
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Drafting, WhatsApp
Experience in Construction, Building Material, Lifts, Furniture, PEB, Interiors industry
Presentable, polite, organized, and can handle multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
