Job Responsibilities
Review and moderate German-language content, including posts, comments, images, videos, and user profiles.
Ensure content complies with company policies, community guidelines, and safety standards.
Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Stay updated on content moderation policies and process changes.
Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
German language proficiency:
B2/C1 or above.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
Robust attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process requirements.
