Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson / Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team in Bihar. In this role, you will act as the key intermediary between our real estate projects (residential townships, plots, or commercial properties) and potential buyers. Your primary focus will be generating local leads, conducting property site visits, and closing sales to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Telecalling: Pitch properties to prospective buyers through cold calling, network referrals, and digital lead follow-ups.
Site Visits & Consultations: Coordinate and conduct physical site visits with clients to showcase residential plots, townships, or apartments.
Sales Closings & Negotiation:



Understand client requirements, match them with appropriate properties, negotiate pricing terms, and close sales deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance, banking, or field sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Real Estate is valuable to have.
Candidates within construction or real estate background is highly appreciated.
Work within Sales.

Pay: Up to ₹56,000.00 per month
