Solid technical/development background is mandatory.
3–5 years of prior software development experience
3–4 years of experience in team lead/project lead/managerial roles
Robust understanding of SDLC and project management
Experience managing software development teams and end-to-end project delivery
Positive knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Agile/Scrum experience will be an advantage.
Candidates from a non-technical project management background will not be considered.
