MENU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Pizza Burgers Pasta Sandwiches Wraps French Fries Loaded Fries Garlic Bread Momos Snacks and Starters Sauces, Dips and Dressings Shakes and other rapid food items JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare all menu items according to standard recipes Maintain consistent taste and quality Prepare pizza dough, sauces and toppings Prepare burgers, pasta, sandwiches and wraps Maintain proper portion sizes and food costing Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety Manage daily food preparation and stock Train and supervise kitchen helpers Control food wastage Maintain fast service during busy hours Help develop recent menu items when required REQUIREMENTS 2 to 5 years of relevant restaurant or QSR experience preferred Robust practical knowledge of Pizza, Burger, Pasta and Sandwich preparation Able to handle a complete rapid food kitchen Valuable knowledge of sauces, seasonings and food preparation Good hygiene and kitchen management skills Able to work under pressure Responsible, punctual and hardworking PREFERRED CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the complete kitchen operation and maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
