Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling company offerings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
