Head of Sales – Digital Marketing Services

Location: India | Hybrid / Remote

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales and business development across India, UAE and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive current business and achieve sales targets. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Sell digital marketing services such as SEO, AEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media and Lead Generation.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
Build and manage the sales team.
Develop sales strategies and maintain a robust pipeline.

Requirements:
7+ years of B2B / Digital Marketing / Agency Sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
International sales experience is preferred.
Experience managing a sales team.
Strong target-oriented and business-focused approach.

Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
