Handle end-to-end PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of PF/ESI returns, remittances, employee claims, transfers, and KYC updates.
Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and documentation as per labor laws.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and inspectors for compliance-related matters.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate statutory deductions and reconciliations
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in statutory compliance, payroll, PF, and ESI management.
Proficiency in PF/ESI portals, MS Excel, and payroll software is required.
Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Masters in relevent field.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
