Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track demo classes, conversions, attendance, and performance KPIs.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting.
Coordinate with HR and management for compliance and reporting needs.
Maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets and shared drives.
Implement new developments in MIS reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Prior experience in MIS reporting or data management.
Expert-level Excel skills, including:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
Power Query & Power Pivot
Advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, etc.)
Conditional formatting & data validation
Dashboard creation & automation with macros
Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
