Felix Hospital, Noida is looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the hospital facility. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital/healthcare infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Ensure smooth functioning of all critical hospital utilities
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and installations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor energy consumption and optimize system efficiency
Maintain documentation and reports related to MEP activities
Support facility upgrades, audits, and inspections
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 4–8 years in MEP operations, preferably in hospital/healthcare sector
Hospital/Healthcare background is mandatory
Key Skills:
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
Understanding of hospital infrastructure and compliance standards
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Vendor and stakeholder management
