Key Responsibilities
Explain the Mobile app's features, perks, and services to existing Overseas customers
Support existing dealers and distributors with Mobile app-related enquiries and assistance.
Requirements
2–5 years of working experience in this industry
To Support our Existing Dealers and Distributors with the Mobile APP in the precious metals industry
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work remotely
Proficiency in English/ Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
5.5 Days Per week
