Job Description
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions.
Handle high-volume sales & frontline hiring
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer coordination.
Conduct new employee induction and onboarding programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and HR records.
Support HR projects related to training, performance management and employee development.

Requirement
2+ years of HR experience, with solid exposure to non-IT recruitment.
Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
Energetic, proactive and people-oriented approach.




Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
Full time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
