We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily business operations.
Oversee operational activities and ensure process efficiency.
Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.
Monitor staff performance, productivity, and operational standards.
Implement and improve operational processes and procedures.
Handle inventory, stock,



and operational coordination.
Prepare and review operational reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements
MBA qualification.
10–15 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.
Prior experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
