We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecalling Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and business clients.
Speak with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Explain our products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call details.
Coordinate with the internal team when required.
Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English is a must.
Explicit pronunciation and positive communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support,



inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.

What We’re Looking For

We value communication quality, confidence, professionalism and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable having conversations in English and should be able to communicate clearly and naturally.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentive bonus

Office timing -9:30 A.M. to 6 .30 P.M.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
