Make outbound calls as per business requirements. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries. Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper records of customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related concerns. Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and performance targets. Ensure a positive and professional customer experience. Eligibility Qualification: HSC / Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Sales experience, OR Minimum 6 months of Healthcare experience Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.



Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work. Confident, presentable, and customer-focused candidates preferred. Salary Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month Working Details Shift: 8:00 AM / 11:00 AM – Any 9 hours rotational Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off Location: Thane – Wagle Estate Payroll: Impact Infotech Private Limited Transportation Centralized pick-up & drop facility available from Thane Station.
