About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE/BDM to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and IT services.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and regular business development reports.




Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Digital Marketing or IT Services.
Robust knowledge of services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Content Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, or other lead-generation platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Solid convincing and relationship-building skills.
