Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Maker to join our manufacturing team. You will design, build, repair, and maintain custom precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds. Your work will directly ensure production machinery operates at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities :
Read complex blueprints & Interpret CAD/CAM schematics.
Set up CNC machines & Operate manual lathes.
Run milling machines & Use precision grinders.
Fabricate custom fixtures & Assemble complex dies.
Meet micro-level tolerances & Use vernier calipers.




Operate digital micrometers & Utilize height gauges.
Inspect finished components & Verify geometric dimensions
Diagnose tooling failures & Repair worn dies.
Service injection molds & Sharpen cutting edges.
Perform preventive maintenance & Conduct test runs.
Optimize tool alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Technical diploma in Tool & Die Making, Machinist certification, or completion of a relevant apprenticeship.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a precision machining or manufacturing workplace.
