· Initial understanding of switch, router and network lan cable troubleshooting.
· Customer management.

Hardware troubleshooting – desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, peripherals
Desktop/Laptop installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Software installation, patching and troubleshooting
Active Directory – user/account, password and access-related support
Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
