Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and business prospects.
Make inbound and outbound calls and follow up with customers.
Explain interior design, furniture, renovation and construction services.
Handle telesales and convert enquiries into potential customers.
Meet clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Design and Site teams.
Schedule meetings, site visits and customer appointments.
Maintain customer details, lead records and follow-up reports.
Handle basic office administration and documentation.
Build relationships with clients, architects, builders and contractors.
Support sales,



business development and achieve targets.

Eligibility
0–5 years of experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Languages: Tamil & English.
Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
PF + ESI.
Performance-based incentives.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
