Job Responsibilities:
Recruit US-based IT and Non-IT specialists for our US-based clients.
Search for resumes on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster.
Match candidate resumes with job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
Conduct phone and email screenings of candidates (US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B visa holders).
Assess candidate interest and availability, negotiate salary expectations, and coordinate technical interviews.
