Prepare, record, and post daily journal entries into the general ledger system.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and internal ledger transactions monthly.
Assist in maintaining fixed asset schedules, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, verify approvals, and prepare disbursement payments.
Assist with customer billing, invoice generation, cash application, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Respond to routine internal and vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice discrepancies.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
