We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental & Chinese Chef to lead the kitchen at our brand-current upcoming cafe. The ideal candidate must have expertise in preparing a wide range of popular Continental dishes (Pasta, Burgers, Sandwiches, Fries, Pizza) and Indo-Chinese food (Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, Momos).Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Continental and Chinese dishes quickly as per customer orders.
Create and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff (helpers), organize daily kitchen prep work, and manage inventory/stock.
Maintain top-notch hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Chef/Cook specializing in Continental and Chinese cuisine.
Deep knowledge of food plating, ingredient pairing, and rapid-paced kitchen management.
Ability to handle peak rush hours efficiently.

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & trial)
