Bakery Production
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistent taste, texture, and appearance.
Ensure products meet food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory efficiently.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
Develop recent recipes and improve existing products based on market trends.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with health regulations.
Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.

Field Testing Responsibilities
Conduct field testing of recent and existing bakery products at retail outlets, cafés, or customer locations.
Evaluate product freshness, shelf life, packaging, and overall quality under real-world conditions.
Collect customer feedback on taste, appearance,



texture.
Record observations and prepare detailed field testing reports.
Recommend recipe or process improvements based on test results.
Work closely with production, quality assurance teams to implement product enhancements.
Monitor competitor bakery products and identify market trends.
Ensure product samples are handled, transported, and presented according to quality standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
