Steward – Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them to their tables.
Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Refill water and assist guests with their requirements.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Check tables and service areas before, during, and after service.
Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Assist during banquets, events, and special functions.
Help with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Maintain proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
