We are looking for a Client Servicing & Business Development Associate to join our BTL Activation, Marketing & Strategy team. This is a hands-on role combining client management, business development, marketing, research and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be confident, curious, proactive and comfortable working across both desk-based strategy and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and understand their business and campaign requirements.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct prospect, market and competitor research.
Support business pitches, proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and field teams.
Support planning and execution of BTL activations and marketing campaigns.
Track project timelines, deliverables and client requirements.
Participate in market visits and on-ground activities when required.
Prepare reports, presentations and campaign updates.
Explore and use AI, research and digital tools to improve work efficiency.

What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, B.Com, BMS, BBM, BA, MBA,



PGDM, Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields. MBA/PGDM is not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Interest in marketing, business development and client management.
Strong research and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
Comfortable with follow-ups, coordination and working in a dynamic workplace.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits and activations when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
