Location : Tondiarpet (Chennai)
Should be valuable communication skills
Handle incoming patient enquiry calls professionally.
Provide information about doctors, departments, services, timings, and appointments.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into appointments where applicable.
Coordinate with consultants, OPD, billing, diagnostics, and other departments.
Record patient enquiries and follow-ups in the system.
Handle patient queries and complaints and escalate them when required.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and patient follow-ups.
Maintain daily call and enquiry reports.
Ensure patient information is handled confidentially.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
