Job Overview

IOTA Academy is looking for a confident and target-oriented TeleSales Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle prospective student leads, conduct admission counselling, follow up with enquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The role also involves handling basic student queries and coordinating regarding batches, fees, classes, and other institute-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with and convince prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with prospective student leads for admissions.
Explain courses, batches, fees, and other relevant information to students.
Handle basic student queries related to fees, refunds, batches, classes, and schedules.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the team or management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, and admission targets.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets / MS Office.

Salary
Up to ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.
Performance-based incentives may be provided based on admission conversions.
